Healing Spaces organises a range of one day workshops for small groups of people to learn the basics of massage and healing therapies. These are not designed to provide you with 'qualifications' but to help you:

- acquire some basic skills to use with friends and family
- decide whether training to professional standard is for you - in which case we can recommend some excellent colleges
- have a fun, relaxing day and meet new, like-minded people

The cost for our one day workshops is £50 per person and £90 if you book with a friend. Maximum class size is 6 people.

Sara teaches Anatomy & Physiology, Business Awareness and Professional Conduct for the ITEC Holistic Massage diploma via the College of Classical massage in Brighton. She offers revision classes and 1-2-1 tuition for those studying for this professional qualification. The cost of these classes is £20 per hour.
