Welcome to Healing Spaces!

My name is Sara and I am a teacher, a massage therapist and a healer. I offer individual therapies, small group workshops and 1-2-1 tuition in massage, Indian Head Massage, ear candling and a range of healing therapies.

I am not a guru or a spiritual philosophiser. I believe in fun, friendship and the healing power of home-made cake. I believe that learning is part of our lives' purpose but that doesn't mean it has to be dull or worthy. I believe that a treatment should feel like a treat - leaving you feeling relaxed and nurtured. I believe that 'no pain, no gain' is a philosophy dreamt up by those in pain to try and persuade the rest of us to join them in their misery.
