1. Healing Spaces will require you to provide credit card details to secure your booking for treatments and classes.

THERAPIES
2. In the event that you cancel your booking within 24 hours of the appointment time, Healing Spaces reserves the right to charge a fee of up to 50% of the treatment fee to your credit card.
3. At the time of bookng, Healing Spaces will ask a series of questions designed to ascertain whether the treatment is suitable for you and whether GP consent may be required prior to treatment. Prior to your intial treatment a full consultation will be undertaken. You accept full responsibility for the veracity of your answers and indemnify Healing Spaces against any ill effects arising from your treatment as a result of inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you over the phone, during the consultation or at the time of treatment.
4. Healing Spaces strongly recommends that clients do not drink alcohol for 24 hours before a treatment. We reserve the right to decline treatment to anyone we consider to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs or to be suffering from an infectious disease not previously reported to us. If we have to cancel a treatment, we will charge 75% of the treatment fee.

CLASSES
5. In the event that you cancel your booking within 48 hours of the class, Healing Spaces reserves the right to charge the full class fee to your credit card.

DATA & PRIVACY
6. Healing Spaces maintains a database of clients contact details and a record of their treatment for reference only. This information is stored in compliance with the requirements of the Data Protection Act. Healing Spaces will not share this information with third parties without the client's permission unless required to do so by law.
